Negative: Can tell soon as entered room someone must have smoked in it. There was a portable purifier so hotel was trying to address it. But based on other reviews seems to be an issue at this location. The AC unit would make a cracking noise at end of cycle, the adjoining door had a crack so noise and light could get through. Plus if the room next door opened and closed their door the adjoining door would rattle. Therefore not exactly a restful night sleep. Brought these issues to front desk and seemed were willing to address. Did discount stay slightly so thankful. However I’d probably avoid this particular hotel in future if possible

Positive: The breakfast was very good, better than I was expecting. It was kept well stocked and provided lots of options. The rooms were comfortable and clean.
Negative: The front desk staff could have been a little more pleasant, though they weren't bad. Our key cards were erased by our cellphones, but nobody mentioned that we should keep them separate. We received 2 new keys without hassle. When I tried to check in early, the concierge just shook his head, rather than apologizing and telling us nothing was available. It was 2:30 p.m., so not crazy early.
Summary: I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Good breakfast, clean and comfy rooms. Good value.
